As Part Of The Team, You Will Be Involved
● Supporting the overall management of social/digital media channels which includes
development of and maintaining the weekly content calendars and publishing via
social and CRM tools.
● Supporting campaigns which includes planning and coordination with functional
teams and agencies led by GTM planner.
Creative Operations
● Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
● Coordination of assets, informing and sharing across to functional teams (this
includes taking note of when assets are due) to ensure timelines are met.
● Keeping up to date with receipt of assets (includes downloading and uploading to
central G-drive folder and updating the GTM decks)
● Taking note of guidelines for all assets; Submitting project deliverables and ensuring
that they adhere to quality standards.
● Facilitating change requests to ensure that the delivery team is informed of the
impacts on schedule and budget.
● Keeping track of deliverables for various campaigns (updating g-sheet, translations,
copy & campaign deck) before delivery to media agencies.
Admin / Budget Operations
● Consolidate and update marketing expenses in shared Google Sheets for budget
monitoring (for coordination with Finance admin; for update to GTM Planner)
● Help in raising Purchase Orders with Procurement
The Essentials
● At least 2-3 years experience working in Brand/Creative Marketing or Advertising
Agency
● Be passionate about digital marketing
● Be familiar with social and digital platforms
● Be proficient in Google Suite
