The Medical City Ortigas is currently looking for COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER:
The ideal candidate is responsible for creating communications content and strategy and work closely with the executive committee to craft messages with the primary objective of promoting the organization's brand, activities, and services. Acts as a liaison between the brand, the public, and the media to ensure that the brand remains top of mind.
Roles and responsibilities:
In charge of establishing an internal communications strategy in conjunction with the management and partners.Plans, edits and writes content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin.Ensures that the management is abreast of progress of internal communications strategy, ensuring that all their questions are answered in a timely manner.Coordinates with the Content Management department for the development and production of the materials needed to support the set goals.In charge of drafting messages, speeches, or scripts from for senior executives for presentation to employees, in written or spoken form.In charge of crafting an overall internal communication strategy in response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation.Qualifications:
Has a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or any related field.At least 1 to 2 years experience as a writerAmenable to work on-site at The Medical City, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City.Enjoy the benefits of working with us!
