Job Summary
Oversee the activities of the technical operations team to ensure that they deliver excellent customer service and technical support, and provide customer guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review updates of technical team in the ticket and inventory systemThink and respond immediately with a resolution for complex issuesManage and delegate work as part of a teamEstablish a matched computer specs requirement per position in the organizationMaximize use of spare computers and other spare partsDeliver improvements that support the continuous improvement of processes within the teamIdentify common issues and escalations, recommending alternatives or changes to processes when applicableMaintains hands-on knowledge of technical operations, various software applications, computer/hardware technologies and some network technologiesJob Requirements
Graduate of Computer Science and/or Information TechnologyAt least 1-2 years of working experience in supervision of helpdesk and technical operationsIn-depth knowledge of Windows OS (macOS a plus)Advanced hardware and network troubleshooting skillsGood leadership skillsExcellent complaints handling skillsStrong sense of customer serviceSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and organizedExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
