Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of the Creative DepartmentSupervises the work performance of the ArtistsEnsures that the optimal process-flow is adhered by the departmentEnsures that all projects are forwarded on time, so that the production will not be delayedConducts color proofing / proofreadingManages the work plan flowCoordinates with the Sales and Production department to ensure the timely accomplishment of job ordersPerform other administrative tasks as may be required by the managementQualifications
