Responsibilities:Implement training processes and improvementsExecute trainings on the ff but not limited to:- Bootcamp program- Technical classes for bilinguals- Trainings based on JP RBU's TNA- Adhoc trainings as advised by JP RBU Management- JP RBU’s Strategy Planning and MidYr review program/facilitation- Standardization roll-out training* Plan and Schedule the training for the whole fiscal year* Conduct regular technical training in programming, design and testing* Conduct the standard processes and policies training* Recommend training courses* Research on new suggested training courses* Design/Develop new training courses* Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and monitor the effectivity of the training* Provide assessment test to determine the effectivity of the training* Create training monitoring and status reportsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required skill(s): scripting languages, Java, Python, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, Oracle.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
