BRIEF JOB DEscriptION:
The Analyst, Administrative Support will perform variety of administrative and clerical task to ensure effective and efficient operations of the COS Global East Hub .
Key Responsibilities:
1.Performs administrative duties to ensure smooth flow of day to day activities of COS East Hub including but not limited to management of calendar and communications, data management, and coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries.
2. Monitors, schedules, and attends staff meetings and records, transcribes and distribute minutes of meetings as necessary.
3. Manages VIP visits internal and external to ADI including arrangement and coordination of meetings, events and activities related to the visits.
4. Generate Purchase Requisitions for materials, supplies needed by the department
5. Leads and/or coordinates special projects and activities from planning to execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree , and/or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience providing administrative supportHighly-motivated, service-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal , analytical and organizational skillsReliable and dedicated with the ability to grasp and apply new knowledge quicklyAbility to exercise sound judgement and initiative in collecting information from a wide variety of sources.Attention to detail, assertive, and flexibleProficient in Microsoft Office applications
