Ensure that all personnel adhere to the vision, values and mission of the company as well as the parent company’s HR policies and practices.Regularly coordinate or liaise with the parent company to obtain all the HR policies and practices.Coordinate and supervise the HR Officer to ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.Plan and coordinate/harmonize company’s workforce to best use of employees’ talents and skills to attract, motivate and keep qualified employees and match them to jobs for which they are well suited. Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for employees’ personality and career development to further enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor the impact or the effectiveness of the training program.Serve as link between company’s management and employees.Consult with top management regarding the company’s strategic planning on HR to identify ways to maximize the value of the employees and ensure that they are used as efficiently as possible by assessing employees’ productivity and recommend changes to the organization structure to help meet budgetary goals.Administer employee services such as:Co-manage Payroll with AccountingBenefitsAnnual Performance evaluationEmployees’ uniform and PPEsHMO and accident insuranceAnnual medical check upCompany activities such sports, wellness, team building, summer outing, Christmas, etc.Advice management team, managers and department heads on organizational policies, such as but not limited to company’s rules and regulations, Code of Ethics, labor laws and other relevant statutory regulations. Keep abreast of latest trends in management and technical disciplines, manpower supply and training.Responsible for company’s recruitment, interview, selection, hiring, orientation and training processes   Responsible for handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes, counseling and directing disciplinary proceduresResponsible for the proper and timely preparation and submission of employees’ “timekeeping” reports to Accounting.Responsible for the correct and timely reporting/remittance of SSS, PHIC and HMDF contributions and loan repayments of the employees.Develop and maintain good and harmonious relationship with DOLE, Immigration Office, SSS, HMDF and other relevant government agencies.Oversee the processing of employment visa and establish monitoring controls to ensure that the said employment visa and AEP are valid at all times.Conduct regular visits and meeting with all departments and operating units.Prepare HR related reportorial requirements of management and the parent company.Monitor the health, safety, and security aspects of the workplaces and institutes changes accordingly.

Job Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant fieldMust have at least 12 years of experience, preferably with FinTech industry or finance/banking industryPrevious experience working as an HR Head for at least 5 yearsIn-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulationsHands-on experience in all aspects of HR managementImpeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong analytical and project management skillsDiplomatic and negotiation skillsAstute decision making, organizational aptitude, and assertiveness.Ability to deal with difficult situationsPeople Management skillsWilling to work in AlabangWilling to work 6 days a week (M-S)
