CORPORATE RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
MAIN JOB FUNCTION
Provide broad-based administrative and strategic support to the Corporate HROD Manager for recruitment and other HR functions as necessary. Primary responsibilities are hiring and onboarding of talents.TALENT ACQUISITION/HIRING
Coordinate with requesting heads and Plant HRs regarding new manpower hiring.Conduct job analysis and recommend recruitment strategies together with the hiring requestor and Corporate HROD Manager.Ensure compliance and completion of pre-hiring forms (Personnel Requisition Form, Job Description, Organizational Chart, KPI, POMP, others)Monitor Centralised Personnel Requisition Form Summary and provide PRF Controlled Numbers to requesting Plant HRs.Manage the official corporate job board sites.Support all Plant HRs in sourcing and screening of candidates.Conduct on-line examinations for non-managerial candidates and provide special assessment tests for managerial and up positions.Do background investigation / reference checking.Arrange job offer schedule of candidate with Corporate HROD Manager and CSD Director.Coordinate with Plant HRs for the completion of all pre-employment requirements of new hires.Ensure completion of productivity tools in coordination with Plant HRs.Maintain and update 201 records.ON-BOARDING
Do standard steps of the pre-onboarding process.Assist and collaborate with Plant HRs regarding onboarding activities of new hires.Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of monthly Company-wide New Hires’ Welcome (Get-U-Started).Conduct actual company and functional orientation to newly hired employees.Responsible for monitoring and updating the Get-U-Started database.Send out follow-through new hire surveys.REPORTS & MONITORING
Monitor recruitment costs and budget.Monitor, update, and submit Corporate Recruitment reports [Hiring updates to requestors, weekly hiring report compilation, Monthly Hiring Report, New Hires Introduction, Attrition Report].Submit Corporate-wide recruitment reports. Support in the P & P Yearly Corporate HROD Report.CORPORATE RECRUITMENT ROLES
Review and revisit recruitment forms, examination materials, and standard operating procedures.Initiate and cascade new HR recruitment initiatives and programs. Meet and attend to all hiring concerns and inquiries from recruiters of each plant.Responsible for the enhancement of the employer brand/value proposition (Uratex Careers).Assist Corporate HROD in the execution of corporate programs (P&P and other activities relevant to recruitment function).Participate and represent the company in some recruitment events (Job Fairs, Career Fair, etc.).JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources ManagementWith at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.Has strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem identification and resolution skillsAbility to interact and work with all levels of employeesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksCustomer-focused and collaborative.
