PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The core responsibility of the role is to provide support to either the Digital Marketing & Communication team covering any of the following workstreams;
Digital PublishingEmail MarketingDigital AnalyticsDigital Customer RelationsOnline MarketingThe Digital Marketing & Communication Associate should be a good communicator with keen eye for detail to support affiliates with their business needs. Detail orientation, customer satisfaction and a sense of urgency will be a critical factor to the success of the candidate.

Corporate Communications Support Team ManagerSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with any of the workstreams as operational support for any of the following:
Maintenance of the SGS websites or social media postingsClean-up and enhancements on the email marketing tool, EloquaUpdate/maintenance on the team-managed SharePointGoogle Tag Manager implementationSGS brand monitoringReports generation on relevant tools used by the team (Eloqua, Sitecore, Sharepoint, SurveyMonkey, etc)Other tasks as assigned by the team leadsevaluate and assess incoming request to identify completeness and validity of the request submitted to the team and coordinate directly with affiliates/stakeholders for any clarifications/queries related to the task.Process incoming requests from affiliates in a timely manner and provide relevant recommendations to ensure value-adding improvements.Provide support as needed based on instruction from the Team Leads and/or the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager
