Job DescriptionThe OJT will be supporting the Training and Process team in ensuring that reports are updated and streamlined, basic training materials are uploaded in the LMS based on the standards and templates set, document basic process maps as outputs of focus group discussions with subject matter experts and support in employee engagement activities.
This role will not be required to report in the office due to the virtual setup.

Basic Learning Management System TasksParticipate in the creation of training courses using the template in the LMSAssist the subject matter experts in editing and uploading of videosAssist the LMS Manager in the creation of Job Aidsdocumentation of basic process mapsParticipate in group sessions with the training and process team in documenting basic process maps extracted from focus group discussion with subject matter experts using Google Sheets/Google Docs or presentation Training ReportsUpdating of training reports (in Google sheets and Microsoft Excel)Organize training database in Google driveExtract report from the Learning Management System and integrate to a centralized reportPropose a basic/simplified centralized report that will be easy to maintain and useCommunication and Alignment Across the OrganizationAssist in the conceptualization and preparation of communication materials for employee engagement or training initiatives/updatesCompetencies Needed
