Graphics Specialist
Makati City
Position Summary:
The Graphic Specialist performs end-to-end processes of producing business presentations, documents, charts, graphs, and other business illustrations according to client specifications using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications. The role also entails gathering data from different client database/resource and converting them into graphs/charts to be used in a presentation/document.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Production
• Manages intake and job allocation (workflow coordination)
• Produces, re-creates, edits, formats and layouts business presentations
and documents according to specifications
• Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error free
• Assigns pages/slides for split jobs to other Graphic Specialists and consolidates slides completed within the shift for jobs that were distributed to multiple operators, if assigned as lead operator
• Gathers data from client database and/or various client resource and converts them into graphs/charts to be used in the presentation/document
• Creates graphs, charts, and other business illustrations for upload in client web pages or for use in client presentations and documents
• Communicates with various clients directly either by Phone, Email or Instant Messaging using client-provided access
• Creates or updates product documentation/guideline (e.g. masters) on a quarterly basis
• Coordinates the translation of presentations/documents into the requested foreign language (e.g. Spanish, Korean) with the 3rd party vendor
• Coordinates the transcription of audio/video materials into the requested target language within Integreon (Fargo Shared Team)
• Uploads files to client Content Management System (e.g. Seismic, SalesForce, Methode, Client Libraries)
• documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
• May be assigned to other tasks, such as assisting new hires, completing task reports, etc
· Admin & Reporting
• Manages and archives email in MS Outlook by client
• Logs all tasks in a workflow system from start to end of the task
• Updates Daily Task Tracker or similar software for project status and end of day reporting
Required Skills and Abilities
Advanced proficiency in MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Must be amenable to rotating and shifting scheduleMust be amenable to work on site at 6750 Ayala Avenue Makati once business requiresEducation & Experience
Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field preferably Graphic Design, Information Technology/Security, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts or equivalentAt least 1 year experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalentExperience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantageFresh graduates are welcome to applyCompany Information
