We are URGENTLY looking for a QUALITY & PROCESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER for one of our prestigious BPO partner in Makati. See below details:

Salary ranges from Php100,000 to Ph130,000 (can still be discussed based on applicant's experience).Must have a Green Belt Certification with experience on process improvement.Experienced in process improvement, analysis on data pertaining to Operations, Training and Quality. Work onSITE in Makati

QUALIFICATIONS:

Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from a reputed organization with 7-9 years of experienceExcellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc, OutlookProcess Mapping/Value Stream MappingKnowledge of calls recording system and its usage (NICE, Witness, etc)Preferably knowledge of industry domain being aligned to InsuranceKnowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC) preferable

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate in any streamGreen Belt/Black Belt certifiedExposure to quality systems (ISO, COPC, etc) preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of total work experience with at least 2 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industryMinimum 5 year in the current role/assignment
