The IT Engagement Manager will be responsible for supporting the IT Engagement process in order to provide faster speed to market for client driven requests. The IT engagement team will be responsible for the intake of requests within a single queue in ServiceNow simplifying the process for business to engage IT for Client driven requests,MAJOR DUTIES / KEY RESPonSIBILITIESResponsible to support IT Engagement processes in order to provide faster speed to market for client driven requestsManage the intake of Client Driven Requests to IT in ServiceNow, by assessing the ask and determining the proper path within IT to deliverMeet with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of accuracy and completeness of requirementsPartner with IT Teams on standardize requirements for various workflowsIdentify opportunities for optimization between technology and business process performanceServe as Client advocate ensuring quality and delivery of serviceAdditional duties to be assigned as neededQUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED RequiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Business Administration or related field PreferredEXPERIENCE:Required experience:Years: 3 - 5 years• Details: Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT industry or department• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in BPO industryAdditional details:ServiceNow experience is a plus. Must have strong communication skills.
