Qualifications

Job description 

Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer

Responsible for highly proactive time, travel, calendar management including effective prioritization and resolution of related conflicts and competing demands.Organizes the meeting agenda, participates in, and prepares minutes of the meeting for the CMO, including the Fortnightly Marketing Leadership Meeting.Ensures quality assurance of all documents (high level contracts) requiring the CMO’s signature.Synthesize and drafts presentations on a range of topics on behalf of the CMO utilizing all relevant software.Establishes and maintains relationship with executive assistants of all ExCom members + Group Office Executives.Independently responds to diverse inquiries and makes decisions when multiple courses of action are possible. Keep relevant parties informed of actions taken by the CMO by providing pertinent information.

Marketing Office Administration / Oversight

Rally the team members to complete surveys with 100% participation within the survey/check-in/mandatory courses/training completion period, as aligned with the company's risk culture on positive compliance advocacy.Act as a marketing contract custodian, ensuring that all marketing material contracts are properly tracked and monitored to the database, and that all submissions to the legal team are complete.Ensures that the RTO schedule is mapped and scheduled on a monthly basis, in close collaboration with the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT).Ensures overall onboarding arrangements for new hires and interns with the intent of providing seamless onboarding experience.

Marketing Engagement Activities Department-Wide Events, Meetings, Team Planning, and development

Takes the lead in coordinating the agenda, assigning working committees for the Marketing Monthly meetings, Year-End planning, department Christmas Party.Work closely with the engagement champion lead for the brown bag sessions, speakers, event arrangementsAmplify the recognition of star and leader awards from timely announcement of nomination to manager's deliberation every quarter.
