about the role:

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, One of Snappr’s biggest priorities is to optimize our content development and management framework. That’s policies, email, phone, chat, and cool in-app content-driven automation to help our agents, internal stakeholders, partners, end-customers, merchants, and enterprise businesses all over the world. We strive to make content into a strategic lever for Snappr and its customers.

What you’ll do:Strive every day to use the content as a driven advantage for Snappr and its customersWrite internal and external articles, communications, etc. on an ongoing basisDevelop leveraged content strategies (in-app and web-based Help Center for our different audiences, internal support KB articles, and flows, etc.)Create and manage a central repository of all company operational policies and proceduresDesign and execute experiments to improve the quality and efficiency of Snappr support contentReview audience feedback and interpret content effectiveness; independently and collaboratively provide data-driven analysis and content recommendationsBe a high integrity partner to our L&D, Training, and Quality teamsWhat you’ll need:Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken EnglishMinimum 4 years of relevant content experienceMinimum 2 years of relevant project/ program management experienceExperience with content strategy and content designStrong copywriting and editing skills, and the ability to deliver content effectivelySelf-starter attitudeJob benefits:Competitive salary package20% night differentialHMO (w/ dependent)great workspace in Ortigas CBDtemporary work from home set-up
