Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media
Knowledge of project management and web design best practices Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaignsProven experience in developing marketing plans and campaignsProven experience in designing interactive applications and networking problems (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, linkedIn, etc.)Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsEstablishes and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvementProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attractsWrite, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communicationsCreate and maintain company social media pages and profilesModerate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policiesCreate and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reachDesigns, writes, and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides; designs layouts and prepares copyProvides support for promotional special events such as open houses, community events, tours, banquets, exhibits, product fair
