PLANNING & ORGANIZING:

Drive different consumer-facing creative projects forward by mapping out scope of work, timelines, milestones, budgets & involving all relevant stakeholders

COMMUNICATING:

Act as liaison between the PH Creative Team and other cross-functional teams who produce consumer-facing assets such as the Global Creatives NOE, the different local departments (digital, field comms, channel, link market, HR, PR) & external 3rd party agencies to clearly establish project expectations, provide status updates and ensure everyone has the most current information & that everyone is on the same page to avoid crossed wires 

MonITORING PROGRESS:

Keep track of timelines, flag any roadblock that may prevent teams from meeting the agreed objectives & elevate issues where needed.

PROBLEM-SOLVING:

Must be able to gather correct information, anticipate hiccups, weigh the pros & cons and proactively offer solutions when projects run into challenges

Creative Responsibilities:

CREATIVE JUDGMENT:

evaluates work in progress of creative assets. Intervening where necessary, if what’s being produced is sub-par. Oversees that the activities stated in project scope is progressing to the desired creative output.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

The work should not just be delivered on time but also in the quality pre-agreed with stakeholders and consistent with Global Toolkits & Watch Me Now Tone of Voice

CREATIVE IDEATION:

From time to time, he/she will be asked to brainstorm, conceptualize ideas with other members of the Creative/PR teams and contribute in discussions of core messages & target audience.

BASIC COPYWRITING:

Conceptualize ideas & do some copywriting for digital assets.
