· Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related degree
· Experience in providing first level support via phone, email and online.
· Experience in supporting complex workforce management or similar applications.
· Outstanding problem solving skills
· Strong communication skills (oral and written)
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
· In-depth knowledge of Windows OS
· scripting and programming experience (Batch, PowerShell, bash) - desired
· Working knowledge of creating SQL scripts utilising multiple tables
· Familiarity with Ticketing / CRM Systems
· Basic knowledge of IIS
· Understanding of Networking (RDP, Remote App, VPN, SFTP)
· A keen eye for detail and a logical mind
