JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the execution of all internal and external communications plans of the Enterprise group. Spearheads in the development of new strategies and concepts that help build the brand, generate leads, promote thought leadership and support activities that ensure dominance in share of voice. Handles conceptualization  and overall management in the execution of of campaigns, content development for all materials needed in all communication channels, including copy writing of press releases, website content, social media captions, corporate speeches and correspondences, presentations etc. Acts as a liaison between third party agencies and other internal groupsII. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUltimate/skilled – level position. Performs with matured competency and proficiency the following duties and responsibilities:Spearheads the development and planning programs and strategies of all Publicity and Communications initiatives under the Enterprise group, to contribute to the attainment of the over-all revenue goals.Handles advertising and communication plans and campaigns to promote all brands and products under the Enterprise Group, including press releases, ATL’s, Internal and external communication programs, copy/speech writing and concepts. Prepares and executes marketing communication plans and campaigns for relevant products, in coordination with the Product Managers (example: print/digital advertising, digital marketing, magazine/TV features, billboards, etc.) as well as other brand building initiatives.Implements advertising programs of corporate products and services in coordination with internal clients and external suppliers.Conducts regular brand reviews and competitive intelligence to monitor share of voice across all media.Develops brand fundamentals in accordance to its brand promise, establishes the brand’s identity and ensures consistency in communicating across all channels.Handles media planning and competitive intelligence; monitors advertising and public relations activities to ensure consistency with and conformance to strategic communication plans of the Enterprise Group and the PLDT Group. Ensures consistent external communications to promote the brands and its ambassadors.Liaises with suppliers to identify appropriate print, digital and outdoor advertising avenues based on the set brands objectives and target market. Maintains and manages all digital assets of the Enterprise group, such as websites and social media pages.Ensures quality control of advertising collaterals / materials against specifications, monitors timely delivery of commitments and updates inventory and project tracking reports.Monitors payment/processing of billings from media, creative and advertising agencies.evaluates advertising opportunities, sponsorship and tie-ups, proposals, recommends participation and placement of advertising / PR materials to generate awareness and increase mind share.
