about the position

As a Sr. Multimedia Editor, you’ll be involved with the planning and execution of multimedia initiatives, ensuring their alignment with brand and digital marketing goals. You think customer-first when you create multimedia assets for digital experiences, advertising, search, social media marketing, and more. You love to test, optimize, and try new tactics!  

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in multimedia editing for B2B tech companies or similar industries. Our ideal candidate has been leading multimedia editing efforts at a high scale and pace. You thrive in the fast-paced world of multimedia and enjoy researching and learning about new topics regularly.   

You'll work closely with the global creative and digital marketing team to strategically plan the execution of detailed creative campaigns while bringing fresh ideas to the table.  

This role is for someone who has a strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills. When you're faced with a challenge, you're rolling up your sleeves and determining how to solve it. You are also a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with both internal and external teams.  

 Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

Analyze, recommend, and multimedia concepts/mockups/prototypes to evolve new experiences, execute design ideas, and communicate to stakeholders  Create visuals to frame content in video and audio content for social media, websites, virtual events, presentations, and branded documentation  Work closely with brand and marketing team in post-production editing of raw footage, stock footage, and animations to a high standard  Manage sound-mixing, color-grading, and exporting for file delivery  Adapt multimedia content to various online platforms: Podcasts, YouTube, Web, Facebook, Instagram, and linkedIn  Translate the project briefs into a digestible graphic design piece  Contribute ideas and voice your opinions in workshops and collaborative sessions with the marketing team and agency partners worldwide to help drive towards an outcome, ready for publication  Interrogate briefs and manage workload to ensure all deliverables are completed by the deadline and within budget  Action-Oriented. Able to succeed and embody a growth mindset in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment. Proactively solve problems.  Question the status quo. Constantly exploring and experimenting with new channels and media formats. Have a pulse on emerging marketing trends and be willing to leverage consumer marketing tactics.  

What you will bring to our team:  

Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal At least 5+ years of experience in creating multimedia assets – video, animation, and audio Tertiary qualifications in digital communications, multimedia, or equivalent industry experience Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to new ways of working in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, self-starter, and confident Able to work independently and confident in recommending creative inputs Diligent with high attention to detail but able to think outside the box Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite Deep understanding of digital interfaces and technologies High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
