Summary
The Senior Digital Paid Media Specialist will support the digital media buying activities specific to Paid Search for Hospitals and TPR (The Physician Resources / Doctors) campaigns of the company. He / she will support planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the paid search strategy to drive qualified leads. He / she has strong interest in exploring and applying modern day media platforms (specifically paid search). This role will have a 360-degree coverage when it comes to strategy contribution, timely executions and insightful paid search reporting.

Required:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience in Google Ads manager and any SEM software such as Sprinklr, Skai, DV360, AdobeStrong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how paid search plays a pivotal role in the marketingefforts across all channels and platformsExhibits a high degree of comfort with SEM and have been active users and/or administrators of google SEM accountsUp – to - date with the latest best practices in paid search marketingComfortable with managing multiple campaigns and keyword ad groups and handling budgets of $1MM+Ability to run additional media in Google platform, such as display, YouTube, and performance max campaignsAble to work with web and analytics team to create and track conversions via both Google Analytics and GTMRequired Experience:
6 – 8 years of related work experience crafting digital media plansPaid Search Buying experience for Hospital / Healthcare systems or Healthcare brands or equivalentWorked for multinational media buying firms or have been part of an in-house digital media for e-commerce websites*CANDIDATE MUST BE AMENABLE TO WORK onSITE AND ON A GRAVEYARD SHIFT
