Job Responsibilities

Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistencyContributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.Build relationship with influencers, journalists, and media outlets.Communicate with company executives, marketing professionals, and public figures.Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activitiesMaintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvementsMaintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsCreate decision about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending.Marketing budget development and cost tracking.Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsProvides marketing information by answering questions and requests.Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.Monitor SEO and web traffic metricsSet specific objectives and report on ROISetting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant fieldWith at least 2 years proven work experience as a digital marketing officerHands on experience in content managementExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image and video)Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of online marketing channelsKnowledgeable in using any video editing and photo editing toolsFamiliarity with web designAnalytical and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills
