 Job Description

● Collaborate with Executive-Level Management in the development of performance goals and long-term action plans.

● Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration between the areas of the RCM.

● Work with Department Heads/Managers in the development of Financial and Budgetary plans.

● Analyze current Operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

● Develop a strategic vision to help the company become more profitable, and produce high-quality service by Establishing, implementing, and reviewing departmental policies, goals, and objectives for each department as necessary.

● Plan, Direct, and Coordinate with all managers across multiple department teams, to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and are on track to meet the company's goal, and develop strategies to meet future needs.

● Create measures for improving business processes, monitoring and analyzing production, seeking cost-effective vendors, finding the most efficient ways to address service level agreements, and overseeing departmental projects

● Monitor revenue margins for productivity, and develop guidelines for personnel evaluations and staff advancement, including the performance review of managers.

● Determine staffing requirements based on workload/clients needs and ensure staff are trained properly on task protocols and processes, with knowledge of all technology needed for their position.

● Manage new client project implementation for the Asia teams. Coordinate meetings with U.S. staff and Asia staff to ensure all processes are implemented and reviewed for accuracy as contracted.

● Communicate with US Directors for client updates, changes, new locations, new providers, etc. with the Asia team.

● Provide monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to the Executive management.

● Assist with any projects and initiatives as delegated by management.

● Experience in Strategic planning and execution

● · Knowledge of Contracting, Negotiation, and Change Management.

● Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Laws.

● Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.

● Knowledge of Organizational development theory and practice.

● Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs.

● Experience in delivering dispute resolutions.

● Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

● Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resource applications

● Strong Communication skills

● Strong Meeting facilitation skills

● Strong Project Management skills

● at least 10 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources preferably in a Multinational Environment or in a BPO setup.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (would be an added advantage)

● 10+ years of a senior leadership role in the appropriate field especially US Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management and other similar Business Process Outsourcing.

● Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.

● Proven ability to plan and manage the operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity

● Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, accuracy, and support rapidly shifting business demands.

● Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
