Job Description:
The Senior Content Writer produces relevant content for websites, blogs, articles, white papers, social media platforms, etc. He/she creates content that is specifically crafted to capture the attention of a particular target audience, explaining topics in a clear, actionable way. He/she is often given a project from a variety of stakeholders, including marketing professionals, project managers, and executive officers.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) to develop original content
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts
• Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies
• Edit and polish existing content to improve readability
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update website content as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least five years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Working knowledge of the Associated Press Stylebook
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize assignments at once
• Strong organization skills in addition to heightened attention to detail
• Confidence with technology
• Comfortable working on digital copy
• Dedication and high standards
