The LEADS MANAGEMENT AND CAMPAIGNS CONSULTANT will develop strategic and tactical plans to ensure growth, profitability and to maximize sales through partner banks to meet AIA business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market scans, product and organizational positioning analysis and other competitive studiesCreate demand for AIA products/services by creating meaningful value propositions, high impact campaigns/programs, engaging customer activities and effective communicationsDevelop, implement and sustain sales and distribution programs, modules and activities.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or any business-related courseProven experience in marketing and campaign managementPreferably with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industryGood presentation and analytical skills with strong stakeholder and people management background
