Job Description

Call Management:

Schedule calls (using Doodle) for Committees, Task Forces, and other such groups as neededCirculate agenda to stakeholdersTake attendance during callsPrepare and circulate Meeting NotesMonitor action items, and all communication via Samepage and other channelsLanguage interpretation as needed(bilingual resource)

documentation Management:

File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, Samepage, as neededetc.)

Responding to General Membership Enquiries:

Responding to general inquiries via email, Samepage, LiveChat such as Events details, Membership dues-and other information that is available via eonetwork.orgFollowing up and coordinating with member leaders and staff liaisons

Data Management:

Determinethe detailed corporate requirement and complete deliverables to stakeholdersManage contact lists and update members databasePrepare and send out e-mail newsletters, marketing materialsTranslate official EO materials(bilingual resource)Data collection-surveys, and analysisDatabase building and Management (e.g. updating email or contact lists in CRM)Research on certain topics for blog posts, newsletters or othersCRM member data report generationMember reporting

Other Ad Hoc: 

Ad hoc report requirementsCoordinate with EO Global Staff, EO Regional Staff, and Chapter Stafffor all work related mattersOfficial errands (coordination with vendors, events support etc.)Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables)Preparing EO materials-PPTFilter and reply to comments with online mediums and communicationsParticipating in discussion forums or message boards (Marketing and Promotion)
