Work Experience- At least 1-2 years experience working in Marketing, Advertising Agency, and/or Digital Media Agency.Level of Knowledge- Expert in project management- Expert knowledge in communications strategy and creative development- Expert knowledge in social media and digital platforms- Working knowledge of target market insighting and researchCompetencies- Solutions-oriented mindset- Strong presentation skills- Organized and detail-orientedDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Development of social strategy- Researches and organizes relevant target market insights in terms of social media usage and behavior- Delivers social media strategy/executions tailor fit to best accomplish any project/business objective- Develops the role of social media channels to best accomplish any project/business objective Develops influencer/ambassador strategy and executions to compliment any campaign/business objective- Drives the briefing of creatives agencies and internal creatives teams for the execution of any social media materials- Attains approval of Brand Marketing teams for social media strategies Development of post-mortem reports- Ensures the timely submission of post-mortem reports after the end of each project- Drives the development of the report with media agency, operations team, influencers, PR teams, etc.- Ensures learnings and recommendations are consolidated and clear to ensure all stakeholders are able to assess campaign results
