Graphic Artist (Product Design)

Responsible for executing approved concepts and themes into artwork for SO-EN Lingerie by defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used.DUTIES & RESPonSIBILITIESRegularly research on design and visual trends that can be executed in our products.Executes approved concepts and themes based on the season’s requirements.Creates graphic illustration for the new collection. Ensuring that all visual output adheres to timelines, brand image and standards.Executes improvements professionally and efficiently.Clearly maps out color aids for printers and contractors and provide all pertinent requirements for initial sampling to mass production.Provide expert recommendations on new industry practices.Works with contractors to ensure that print/output quality is as expected and communicates changes, improvements clearly.Provides management with feedback on contractor performance.Lends support to any department with any visual/presentation needs.Performs all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to timeOTHERS COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, LICENSURE REQUIREDA strong eye for visual composition.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioExcellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing softwareExceptional creativity and innovationExcellent time management and organizational skillsAccuracy and attention to detailAn understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environmentProfessional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or any related fieldWith at least 2 years minimum of experience in Graphic Design in Fashion industryCreative with experience in IllustrationFirm command with design and illustration software or technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics, strong grasp of color theory, and attention to detailExperience in Photography and Photo editing is a plusMUST PRESENT A STRONG PORTFOLIO OF WORKWilling to relocate in Ortigas by the 3rd Quarter of the YearCan START IMMEDIATELY
