Admin Assistant (Makati)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect, encode and maintain ESG/Sustainability data and informationCoordinate with data owners and other MWC employees Schedule meetings, prepare and circulate minutes of meetingEstablish and implement a filing systemFile and maintain records and electronic filesFollow-up correspondenceEnter transactions correctly in SAPRoute and monitor documents to concerned departmentsPlace orders and process payments, reimbursement, and liquidationsAssist the Sustainability Department in other administrative matters

Job Qualifications:

Graduate with any bachelor’s degree such as Office Administration, Environmental Management, Accountancy, or any related course is a plusWith experience in administrative support and knowledge in SAP and Power BI is an advantageMust be highly organized, able to multitask, and can work under pressureMust be proficient in MS Office applications such as MS EXCEL and PowerPointMust have good interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsMust be good in basic Math/ numbersWilling to work in Makati, Rockwell
