REQUIREMENTS:

With heavier experience in Live Streaming.Can operate Software / Hardware such as the Tricaster or Wirecast is a huge plusEquipped to troubleshootHas zoom experience with multiple laptops / pinning with Back end and Main Hall components ( This is a must )Has some background on the workflow from Performer - Cameraman- Software - Live Streaming Platform ( Zoom, Facebook, Microsite)With hands on experience

JOB DEscriptION:

Event planning design and production while assisting the Technical Head to co-manage and monitor Globe Live’s technical equipment/resources.Assist the Production Head to liaise both internal and external clients to manage studio and streaming requirements Provide periodic monitoring and report to the heads/stakeholdersSupport and organize the EM & Technical Lead in all studio, technical and on-groundrequirement from pre-planning up to post-production stageProactive handle any possible issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems during the event dayThe ability to work alone and with othersA Professional and customer service-oriented attitude towards workAbility to direct and edit/switch live video in a fast-paced live broadcast environment.Watch incoming camera feeds for multiple camera angles. Ability to use professional-grade video production equipment, specifically Newtek TriCaster.Possess working knowledge of Graphic and Video production and design usingapplications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects tomanipulate content including lower thirds, transitions, logo stings, and other broadcastmedia content.Working knowledge of live media production techniques is preferred.Have a strong aptitude for technology.Must be detail-oriented and have experience in backing up, storing, and catalogingvideo and other broadcast media.

DUTIES: 

Work with the Event Manager and Creative Lead to plan and control the creative run of the show.Work with Broadcast Engineers and Product owners to architect, design, and maintain broadcast hardware/software and capabilities.Responsible for setup, programming and operation of production switchers in a control room and remote applicationsEnsure all positions and equipment are checked and ready prior to airWork closely and manage the production crewAssist as a director for show segments and promos as needed
