Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide clear direction and set expectations for the writing teamsCorrect inaccuracies, discrepancies, errors, and tune scripts until they are polished and ready for their intended audience.Must keep up with the latest trends on social media, blog posts, and news releases so you can stay up-to-date with what's happening in your field.Configure strategic plans and critical time paths for copywriting purposes Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.Must ensure that writing teams craft copy that converts Help Office Beacon to develop style guides to govern how content is created.Arrange page layouts to include written content as well as elements like photos and ads.Train new Writers and Editors about the company’s content creation process.Meet with clients or customers to define content needs and create a content calendar.Fact-check all content.Check content against a style guide, such as AP Style or Chicago Style.Coach new writers and editors through the content creation processMeet with other team members, including writers, senior editors, project managers, and marketing directors, to create contentReview story or article ideasUpload content to management systemsRevise content

Qualifications:

Master's and Bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing.Must have prior experience in technological marketing: Understand SEO, Digital marketing, video production, and graphics and design. At least 6 years of experience working in the communications and marketing sectors.Must be able to take initiative to strategize and implement tasks related to content writing Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Experience in 360 marketing, including but not relegated to video production, graphics, and design, SEO,   Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent active listening skills.Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.Must have an appetite for knowledge and creativityMust have an affinity for design Take the initiative to make/propose marketing decisions in light of the latest trendsUnderstanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.Extensive, accurate product knowledge.Ability to make executive decisions on the spot Ability to take the initiative to ensure protocol is followedAbility to initiate new ideas and processes Must be professional at all times and be a leader
