RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors PR calendar and assists in the planning, development, and execution of media and marketing events. Conducts post-evaluation of the activities and submits status reports.Assists in the development of PR materials (e.g. brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos) and distributes the approved materials to internal and external recipients.Supports media relations and regularly updates the database of media contacts and publications.Collaborates with Advertising, Sales, and After Sales teams in creating engaging press releases of new products and sales and after sales promotions.Conducts market research analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, or competitor content.QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, Journalism, or any related course.With at least 2 years of work experience in Public Relations and events management (e.g., product launch; trade events, etc.); experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple events and campaigns.With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
