Since launching in December 2018, we have grown rapidly to become a team of over 90 talented professionals with operations spanning the region. We are looking to hire an experienced graphic designer to deliver engaging content that clearly communicates the TradeWindow offer across the marketing and communications functions. Working with a variety of stakeholders, you’ll need a great eye for design and be confident with creating collateral to support campaigns across multiple channels, from concept to completion. Working closely with our Marketing Manager you will have direct responsibility for supporting a broad range of creative projects covering but not limited to:

Role Responsibilities & Expectations

 Design and layout to set up print-ready files for advertising, marketing collateral and large format printing for events.Design creative to support TradeWindow’s digital marketing campaigns, website, and social media.Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief, reviewing final layouts, and suggesting improvements if required.Creating and maintaining the TradeWindow company slide deck.Creating slide deck presentations for events, sponsorships or meetings with external parties, i.e. prospects or investors.Ensure all marketing assets are created and delivered to internal stakeholders by specified deadlines. Maintaining and working within TradeWindow’s brand guidelines.Following design best practices and keeping up to date with new developments that may impact design files, i.e. best output for graphics used in social media banners, online adverts etc.Saving all original design files in an easy-to-find manner for continuity and access in our cloud storage platform. Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for work outcomes.

Required Background & Experience

 Qualifications

Relevant graphic design qualificationEvidence of upskilling in new advancements, i.e. working on the latest version of the Adobe Suite to make full use of updated tools and features.

Skills / Experience

  8+ years of experience creating collateral to support marketing initiatives and digital campaigns Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio  A solid understanding of design, copy and digital best practices Expert in Adobe Creative Suite – i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in a PC and Microsoft Office environment, including competency in MS Word and PowerPoint (creating and maintaining Master Slides)Comfortable using Kanban-style workflows to manage tasks and progress updates, i.e. TrelloAbility to plan and keep track of multiple projects and work to tight deadlines Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills to support working with various stakeholders across different levels of the business and TradeWindow partners Methodical and accurate with close attention to detail  Flexible and responsive to moving project tasks around to accommodate last-minute requests  Preference is given to applicants who have previously worked in B2B, technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) environments
