Develops and periodically reviews branding strategies to attract highly qualified personnel in a professional manner and at the shortest possible time.
Ensures proper administration of an effective branding process. Performs research and knowledge acquisition on branding strategies
Checks content and supervises copywriting tasks for Corporate
Communications Develops and performs media planning and implementation of external and internal programs across the region
Collaborates with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Oversees proofreading and ensures high quality of all Marketing materials in terms of copy and content
Plays a leading role in the development of overall communications strategy, contributes ideas, and leads projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder in any field preferably with an MBA or post-graduate degree
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Managerial capacity.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing/Branding from BPO or Ad agency.
Must have experience in Copywriting and Corporate Branding
Must be a regular employee of VXI Must have at least 6 months tenure in current position
No pending or existing DA case
