Job Description
● Reports to the Managing Director
● Serves as the internal and external liaison for project and campaign
requirements
○ Acts as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client
concerns and needs
○ Works with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
and ensure KPIs are being met
● Builds long-term partnerships with client
● Maintains accurate record of client activities and requirements
○ Progress Reports for internal and external use
○ Call/Contact Reports
○ Job Orders
○ Contracts, Cost Estimates
● Develops a thorough understanding of client brand, products and service
offerings
● Identifies upsell, cross-selling and renewal opportunities to clients
● Leads the strategic thinking and setting of brand directions for client’s brand
● Ensures that adequate information about clients and brands are with agency
Critical Skills
● Organization skills: Work requirements, timetables and deadlines, information
and data sort, overall project management
● Strategic Thinking: Lead brand analysis and provide insight and
recommendations on a brand’s marketing and advertising directions
● Financial tracking: Securing cost, track billing and payments, reporting revenue
and income
● Relationship Skills: Building rapport both internally and externally
● Presentation Skills
● Analyze and prepare reports on ad performance following templates and
guidelines
● Monitor ROI and KPIs
● Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor Account Managers effectively.
● Keep up to date with market trends and digital media developments
● Accomplish all other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
● Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or
equivalent course from a reputable university or college.
● Significant experience in a marketing or advertising agency in a managerial capacity for at
least 5 years.
● Prior experience with copywriting, design, and production.
● Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational
ability
● Must have excellent English and Filipino communication skills (spoken and written).
Responsive in a timely manner. Communicates in a clear, easy-to-understand way to solve
the problem. Adept in understanding and identifying concerns and feelings of others and
can shift communication style accordingly while extending patience.
● Consumer Understanding: Can identify customer intent through understanding the brand
and the business(es) being served.
● Experience in handling and resolving customer concerns and conflict resolution.
● Must be able to quickly and effectively close contracts, and assess the root cause of
procedural or operational failures for immediate resolution.
● Has the ability to probe and understand concerns, uncovering root causes and providing
the best solutions.
● Can recognize the need for change when things are not going according to plans, adapting
to improve as well as adapting to meet changes to trends and technology. Has a passion
for trying new things.
● Willing to learn the new ways of doing things to remain updated with trends and keep on
top of the game.
● Willing to work in Alabang
Having the following skills/qualifications is not a requirement but definitely a plus!
● Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
● Understands online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts, blogs, and social media posts
● Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
● Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
● HTML and Javascript Knowledge: Knows how to decipher, track, and retarget codes, or the
proper use of tags. Understands technology from a user standpoint to keep up with the
latest trends for browsers, devices.
● SEO Optimization: Understand the basic concepts of SEO and optimizing site content.
