Develop operations systems by determining proper onboarding process for vets and partners,develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for platform utilization, vet consultation, customer success protocols, inventory management, financial procedures, and everything in between
Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow,; implement changesMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standardsand procedures; complying with legal regulations
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professionalpublications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
