Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Handles all preventive maintenance activities for all building equipmentEnsures that building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its tenants are complied withEnsure that all permits and licenses related to the operation of the building/facilities and its appurtenant equipment are secured and complied on timePrepares periodic manpower scheduleCoordinates and monitors contractors regarding renovation, expansion, equipment installation and rectificationReviews plans submitted for fit-out/renovationEnsure that building specifications and restrictions are compiled by tenants and contractorsPrepares for any scheduled power and water interruptionMonitors and controls activities of other utility service providers such as but not limited to power, water, communications, cable TV, etc.Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil EngineerWith 3-5 years of working experience in property management and operations, particularly in an office/commercial buildingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and can adapt easilyStrong leadership qualitiesWilling to work in Pasig City*Full-time position available
