The Talent Manager is responsible for 4 lines of business:1. Content Creation 2. Talent acquisition3. Talent Management 4. Sales JOB DEscriptION:Analysis of talent intelligence to align strategies Optimization of channel strategies to maximize reach and ROI (users, views, adverts) <- strong business acumenAnticipating technologies and platforms and their impact on the business <- Tiktok, YT, FB Intensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing and social media and data analytics platforms to drive data-driven content Has proven ability to conduct market research and data intelligence inciting on talent Budget management and cost forecast and analysisHas experience running large scope projects with cross-functional departments and large teams Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Results-oriented, proactive with impeccable interpersonal skills Takes ownership and drives accountability Considerable oral presentation skillsConsiderable writing proficiency Considerable knowledge of and ability to utilize all OTT UGS applications Considerable ability to give clear and consistent instructions to team members. Ability to hold your own in meetings with C-suite representatives from prospective partners and speak as a thought-leader and visionary in the learning space Outstanding ability to collaborate, understand and empathize with others Ability to develop, manage and communicate information in a clear and organized manner, including managing cross-functional relationships to ensure clarity of requirements. Responsible for mentoring and growing the talents ++ growth metrics in all UGC channelsREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of extensive experience in digital talent management, with a strong background in content creation Talent must be able to have a “pulse on the industry” embedded with creative thought and the ability to produce and execute content hinged on viewer research.Talent acquisition- strong negotiation skills as well as a keen sense and joy for exploring UGC opportunities- ideally the employee has strong connections and a good relationship with local media ( international ) is a plus Talent management experience is a must. Must have experience in managing talents from strategy, vision, contracts, and behavioral issues a good understanding of the talents' needs and empathy and great personable skills as well as relationships with the press. Sales- Talent is required to work with S&M team to hit revenue metrics Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and operational skillsEntrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments Calm and affable demeanor is a mustMust be a highly persuasive and artful communicator, with impeccable negotiation skills
