JOB SUMMARY
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. Serve refreshments.Prepare the necessary inspection tools prior to Client inspection. Prepare Turnover Kit prior to Client arrival during Client move-in.Collate Turnover documents from documentation Department and Government Compliance Department for the Turnover Kit. Collate documentary Requirements for Utilities Application including SPA if applicable.Arrange service vehicle for Clients going to the unit if needed.Accompany the Client to the unit. Tour the Client in the order provided in the Client Punchlist Form.Take note of Client comments using the Client Punchlist Form. Take photos of items for repair and discuss punchlist items to Turnover Engineer.Discuss with Client timeline of repair activities.Review and sign Client Punchlist Form with the Client.Prepare Buyer Certificate of Acceptance, General Warranty and Guarantee upon Client acceptance.Update the Conversion Monitoring Sheet and Turnover Monitoring Sheet. Attach signed Buyer Certificate of Acceptance, General Warranty and Guarantee, and documents for Utilities (if applicable).Orient Client on post move-in responsibilities and concerns such as Payment of Real Property Taxes, Terms of Warranties, Unit/House Alteration procedure, Maintenance and Upkeep of House/Unit and Introduction to the Home Owner's Association.Address Client concerns. Escalate Client issues to Turnover Engineer/Manager when needed..Schedule Client punchlist review with Turnover Engineer & QC Engineer to discuss Client concerns. Ensure to provide adequate, precise and complete information to resolve issues.Inform Client of any changes in Client inspection schedules due to delays in unit rectification.Call Client to schedule move-in date. Plot confirmed schedule in Google calendar. Update Conversion Monitoring File.Confirm move-in schedule with Client via email and SMSIssue IOM to Project Director, documentation, Technical, PMD and Customer Service Departments via email.QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any related courseWith at least two (2) years of working experience in real estate industryExcellent communication skills Highly organized and able to multitasksProficient in the use of MS Office applicationsWilling to start as soon as possible
