evaluates contractor's cost proposalsAssists in preparation of bid evaluation, contract documents and contractor's award recommendationTabulates and evaluates bids of all the accredited contractors Assists the Procurement Manager in conducting pre-bid clarification meetings, pre-award conferences or negotiationsCoordinates with the Quantity Survey and Design Team for quantities, budget and design mattersEnsures security of contractor bids pricing informationJob Qualification:
