Assistant Design Manager

Job Description:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; from a project management/ consultancy industry an advantageWith proven experience in handling multiple local and international commercial projectsExcellent leadership, management, coordination and communication skillsWilling to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

Interfacing and coordinating with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources.Interfacing with facilities staff and project managers.Overseeing completion of positioning, programming, and detailed design.Working with estimators to ensure costs are captured and project budgets are met.Ensuring implementation of change control process to improve standards and drive innovative solutions.Ensuring design and construction scope are in alignment with project requirements.Providing necessary data, review, and feedback to all scope of work logistics, and specific conditions to assure alignment with site-specific requirements.Assisting the Design manager with overseeing the performance of all trade Consultants and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.Assisting the Design Manager with overseeing the administration of construction contracts and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.Tracking and controlling construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
