JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)Basic knowledge of standard engineering practices.Knowledgeable in the implementation of BMS systems and should have worked as a on at least 3 projects on implementing site wideBuilding Management systems.Knowledgeable of basic BMS Graphic software, DDC panel hardware, Field instrumentation and architecture.Knowledgeable of Bacnet, Lonworks, Modbus, M-bus standards as well as Ethernet networks.Willing to be assigned on site outside metro manila.Willing to be trainedJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To supervise and control the operation of the building management system(BMS), monitor and visit site activities of the headquarters building services.To design and terminate controllers to assigned project site.To program controllers as per the requirement of the client.To submit weekly report of project site updates and issues.
