The Assistant Digital & PR Manager will play a crucial role in Mang Inasal's continuous pursuit of fresh, innovative, and resonating ways to build brand equity, positively influence public perception, and meaningfully connect with our digital-first customers, the media, and the general public through effective and hyper-relevant digital & PR channels.
Achieve digital engagement growth through social commerce innovations over popular social media channels such as Facebook, Facebook Group, Instagram, and TikTok.Advocate community building and brand advocacy by launching a social community of Mang Inasal fans.Respark brand awareness with an increased total PR mileage in the traditional and digital media.Be a thought leader in Digital PR Community Relations and expand PR reach by building a network of the new-age influencers the Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate, preferably Journalism or Communication Arts-related course.With 1 to 3 years of solid experience in Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Public Relations in a Digital & PR agency or Broadcasting Network, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), or QSR company.With excellent writing/communications and leadership skills, as evidenced by active participation in various extra-curricular activities.Preferably a writer/editor/digital artist of the university's campus paper.Excellent research, communication, and writing skills.Knowledge of and high interest on social media, digital PR, and influencer relations are a necessity.Power user of social media specifically Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, ReelsSelf-confessed digital content creator or considered as the influencer by his/her peers.Knowledge in social media Insights and Google Analytics are a plus but not required.
