The position was established to provide guidance and leadership for Lay Bare and its sister brands to be able to communicate each brand’s promise through offline and online executions by ensuring consistency across its internal and external channels, and converting the interactions into opportunities. The role is in charge of overseeing the creatives, community engagement (customer care), and marketing operations to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach in perfecting the customer’s experience with the brands.
1. In-charge of all brand communication functions and ensures competent dispensation of all communications for greater reliability of services
2. Maintains a strong growth in community-building and engagement
3. Leads in reinforcing the organization’s MVP and values, and establish a recognizable employer brand
4. Designs and executes offline and online market development plans
5. Develops and maintains a holistic approach in customer engagement through customer care initiatives
6. Act as strategic creatives design advisor to guide the team in creating materials that capture the brand messaging through creative visuals and relevant copy
7. Establishes a progressive performance monitoring plan that will ensure progressive business success
8. Employs new strategies to automate and streamline functions to maximize efficiency and productivity
9. Ensures the full use of data analytics in assessing functional effectiveness and future improvement
10.Researches and propose new methods in marketing innovation to improve customer relationships
11. Coordinates with internal and external parties to resolve issues, if any
