I. Client Relationship Management
Manages day to day client relationships, meets with clients weekly and when needed to discuss status of projects to ensure proper alignment Provides timely, accurate and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projectsII. Project Management
Assists in various data research on competitors and market trends and analysis in trade-level quarterly.Prior to establishing and executing advertising strategies/store designs, initiates brainstorming among Creatives and presents ideas to clientsPrepares Creative Job Order following client’s requirements and data analysis, making sure all information are complete and accurate on a per project basis.Ensures account and project management are continually aligned — deployments/ installations and trade/warehouse checks are executed timely and accurately to ensure quality and timelinessMaintains regular communications with cross functional teams and internal/external stakeholdersObserves vendor transparency, manages bidding processes, awarding, sampling, execution and project completionManages vendor trainings for better service and understanding brand/store guidelines on a quarterly basis.Initiates a post-campaign evaluation per launch basis to determine areas for improvement that can be applied to succeeding launchesIII. Financial Management
Overall person-in-charge for project budgetary concerns, keeping in mind to uphold stipulations upon agreed Key Visual Contract and work within specified targets for special projects by further negotiating costs after eBidding.Closes projects in a timely manner to limit open Purchase Orders to fully declare savings quarterly.Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Business/Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers with Retail background or equivalent, digital understanding is an edge.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization,
• Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and Google Workspace to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Highly creative and with experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and have leadership skills, especially non–local applicants
• First class adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be a fast-learner and have high comprehension skills
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Extensive and accurate product knowledge.
• Applicants must be willing to work in a hybrid setup WFH and WFO in Taguig City.
