CORE FUNCTIonAL SKILLS:
I. Social Content Strategy
Develop the social media strategy in coordination with strategy, analytics, creatives and accounts teams, taking into account the marketing objectives, target market and communications strategy.Develop/review the social content buckets together with the social media managers and the creative team.II. Community Management
Ensure that all community management deliverables are posted on time with no errorsReview FAQs for social media responses in comments/private messagesMonitoring performance of community managers in terms of replying to customer concerns through comments/private messages within 24 hours.Provide guidance to the team to ensure the brand personality/ tone of voice is correctly executed in the social responsesProactive monitoring on the social platforms for any potential crisis situations or brand opportunities, and come up with plans on how to handle crisis or new opportunitiesProvide strategies on how to interact with varied customer needsEstablish and manage process on escalation of complaints/service concerns to the proper project ownersManage the client’s private member group and ensure all community management deliverables are delivered on time and error free, including content, promotions and events.III. Content Creation
Work with the creative and social media team to create memorable, relevant, and stand-out creative content for social mediaWork with the social media team to create and manage the monthly social calendars per campaign, per platform.Manage social content scheduling and ensure posting schedules are metGuide the social media team on developing the captions and other necessary copy requirements for social media postsEnsure that content created fits brand social tone and voice and follows global guidelinesProvide information on trends and other digital executions that can be used for social media campaignsIV. Graduate / With Bachelor’s degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)At least 7 years of experience in related Digital Marketing areasExperience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authorityExperience in managing SMC Marketing projects and driving resultsStrong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills.Ability to communication with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadershipProven ability to work in ambiguityHighly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal directionDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high performing individualsCapacity to think strategically and innovatively
