ROBINSONS HOMES (Robinsons Land Corporation) is hiring BROKER MANAGERS for the following projects: North and South Luzon.
Job Description
-Recruit Real Estate Brokers
-Manage accredited brokers
-Process client transactions and requirements
-Foster professional networks with real estate brokers and agents
-Assist clients and brokers tripping
-Must conduct site orientation and product knowledge seminar to brokers and agents
-Assists in the performance of sales-related functions and expanding the brokers' network.
-Have rapport with clients and colleagues
-Meet sales quota required within 6 months
-Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling all of Robinsons Homes' properties
Minimum Qualifications
-graduate of any 4 year course
-Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
-Amenable to work in a dynamic environment
-Can work in a team and has a high sense of responsibility
-Broker’s license is an advantage
-Must have real estate experience
-Must have their own laptop
Positions:
1 Broker Manager based in Metro Manila
1 Broker Manager based in Bulacan (will be reporting to Baliwag for trippings and site orientations)
1 Broker Manager based in Batangas (will be reporting to Lipa for trippings and site orientations)
We are working in a hybrid work environment
Qualified applicants will be interviewed from Sept 26 to 30 2022
Starting date: 1st to 2nd week of October
