Job Overview
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for monitoring the company’s social media presence. She/he will ensure the regular updates on postings and regular connecting with the leads on the organization’s social media platform.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identificationResponsible for the daily content operation, posting and promotion of all collateral in all social media pagesHandles customer’s concerns, queries, feedback and cascades to the appropriate point personsEnsures that all posts in all social media accounts are aligned with employer branding guidelinesCreate reports and performs an analysis on social media performanceQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related field is a plus but not requiredAt least 2 -3 years experience in social media marketing, creative content creation and copywritingKnowledgeable in online marketing and good understanding of social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & TiktokHighly creative and innovativeExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
