The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. They will also continuously monitor properties which include accommodating complaints and concerns raised by tenants, scheduling repairs and renovations as necessary, and conducting regular property/site inspections.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years of Project Management experience in the Property/Real Estate Industry is required.Property Management experience is required.Preferably licensed Engineers (Architectural, Construction, Civil, or the like) or Architects, but not requiredStrong business acumen in project planning and managementGood communication skills and detail-orientedWilling to work onSITE (Makati) and do fieldworkWilling to work for a contractual type of employment (6 months with possible extension)
