Develops, designs, and creates standards that will be used by the Interior Design groupRegularly reports to the Technical Planning Head on project progress and discuss issues that require immediate decisionOversee a group of Project ID that are focusing on the assigned development area.Review design and detail drawings for 1 development area that requires ID construction plansCreate timelines for each of the interior design projects on the assigned development area and estimate project costsActively recommends new ideas, designs to his/her immediate superior.Recommends solutions to design/technical issues.Regularly attends on project pre-bid meeting/construction kick-off meeting.Provides first line support on queries pertaining to all ID design and construction related matters.Guides and checks team of designers in responding to RFI’s and any other queries pertaining to assigned projects.Conducts inspection of ongoing project construction to know its actual condition and reports to his/her immediate superior for proper decision making and strategy.Ensure quality of the construction works.Gathers and updates latest construction materials for design reference.Oversees ID fit-out/dressing of a particular project with his/her team.Undertake any other design duties as required by the immediate superior
